Claims management is an integral part of the Taxi Industry (Australia) Insurance Brokers (TIAIB) service.
We understand that it can be a stressful time for you and your business when an incident occurs and you need to make a claim. In the event of an accident DO NOT ADMIT LIABILITY but you need to obtain details of the incident to help lodge your claim. To assist you and your driver in this process, please print off our On the Scene Accident claim form and place it in your glove box.
Our friendly and understanding staff can guide you through the process of lodging a claim, offer their expertise in the event of a complex case, and act as your advocate in discussions with the insurer if there are issues in dispute.
To lodge a claim it is as simple as:
- Completing and submitting the claim by email, or
- Printing off the claim form and returning it by fax or email direct our friendly claims team.

Please note that in order to process your claim as quickly as possible, you should provide as much detail as possible concerning the incident and the damage incurred by all vehicles involved. If we do not have sufficient information to assess your claim, unnecessary delays may occur in the assessment and repair process.
